THE BLUE WISP'S VIP MEMBERSHIP CLUB

Dear Blue Wisp Patrons and Jazz Lovers everywhere,

We are pleased and proud to announce the opening of the new Blue Wisp Jazz Club. We will be moving to 700 Race Street, at the corner of Race and Seventh Streets, still in downtown Cincinnati but closer to the hotels and Convention Center. This new, larger venue will allow us to bring in more national jazz acts to supplement our great local and regional talent.

Tommy Malone, formerly of Mesh and Mt. Adams’ Fish House, will open our new full service restaurant, with outdoor dining. The General Manager, in the food service business all his life (even in his native Macedonia), is Roberto Karabatak. The expanded bar, possibly the largest in Cincinnati, will feature 30 draft beers on tap. Because we are committed to keeping the musicians working, we will be opening the Bar with LIVE music on Friday, January 6, 2012 at 4:30p. The Restaurant will open within a couple of months for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late night dining. We hope to have appetizers immediately. The Concert Hall (which we will name shortly) will also take a month or two to complete.

To keep our prices affordable, and to insure that the Wisp presents the best in live, creative music for a long time, we have decided to (if possible) avoid the cost of borrowing a ton of money to get the club going. To accomplish this, The Blue Wisp is introducing a membership club which offers special discounts and priority seating for most of our concerts. Choose the membership, listed below, which best serves you and your guests’ needs.
