Steve is a top pro on trombone and maybe the best SEASHELL player in the world. It's true he plays seashells but not only by the seashore. Apparently an ancester of Steve's played the shells and when he learned about it he began playing them himself. You will recognize Steve on Saturday Night Live from his long goatee. He also travels the world playing jazz festivals and can be heard on dozens of recordings.
When I found out Steve was in Illinois and had 4 days off before a New York City concert, I made him an offer he couldn't refuse. Don't miss this chance to hear a great musician. "Saturday Night" doesn't hire anyone year after year unless they're great.
