Bandleader Adrienne Hindmarsh is a sultry singer whose vocals are often compared to Norah Jones and Eva Cassidy. She is also a dynamic Hammond organist with immense skill in the jazz organ style. Her repertoire includes jazz standards, bossanovas and more popular tunes, as well as Hammond organ classics from the Jimmy Smith, Jack McDuff school of organ. Her dedication to the Hammond B3 organ, and her skill at footpedal bass and use of dynamic chords makes sure the classic sound of the Hammond B3 lives again.
Ed Felson is part owner of the Blue Wisp, musical director, and a jazz bassist.
